Education: BA, Kent State University; JD, University of Wisconsin Law School, Criminal Law Concentration.

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he earned a concentration in Criminal Law and graduated with diploma privilege. During law school, he interned with the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Clinic, assisting with post-conviction matters and drafting motions on behalf of individuals incarcerated in Wisconsin’s prisons.

After graduating from law school, Andrew began his legal career as a Deputy Public Defender with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. During his time with the Public Defender’s Office, he represented hundreds of adult clients charged with felony offenses.

After several years practicing in Arizona, Andrew returned home to Ohio and joined Summit Legal Defenders in 2026. As a Juvenile Attorney, his practice focuses on representing juveniles charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses.
