Caleb Clark
HR and Support Staff Manager

Education: Bachelor of Integrative Studies, Kent State University; Master of Science in Management, Troy University.

Caleb served in the Ohio Army National Guard from August 1999 until he retired in July 2025. During his 26-year career, he worked in several areas including logistics, operations, recruiting, and personnel management. His last position was part of the senior leadership team of his organization, and his responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, strategic planning, budget analysis, and staff management.

Caleb graduated from Kent State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in integrative studies, and he obtained his Master of Science in Management degree from Troy University in 2023. Since then, he earned his Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner certifications, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Caleb has extensive experience working in human resources and personnel management. In his role as the HR and Support Staff Manager, he gets to continue serving the people of Ohio and Summit County.

Caleb joined the Summit Legal Defenders office in March of 2026.
